Getting started with AdWords involves three steps:
- Create an AdWords account using your existing Google account, or create a new Google account.
- Sign in to your new AdWords account and create your first ad campaign.
- Provide your billing information to activate your ads.
You can choose any time zone to use for your account reports, statistics, and billing. The official "working day" for your account, including all billing and statistics, will be from midnight to midnight in the time zone you set.
